Reiki - £50-55
Reiki is an energy balancing/ healing practice that is thought to be thousands of years old. In Japanese Reiki translates as 'Universal Life Force energy'.
Sometimes called Chi or Prana, this energy that flows naturally through our bodies can become blocked or stagnant, unbalancing our body systems and eventually causing disease.
Reiki treatments can help to;
- Deeply relax
- Balance the chakras (energy vortexes)
- Clear the meridians (energy channels)
This helps the energy to flow more efficiently, having a positive impact on the entire body - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Client is fully clothed and laying down. My hands can be placed on the body or above in the energy field, depending on client's preference.
Professional Qualifications - Reiki, Usui Shiki Ryoho - Second (Practitioner) degree in the system of Natural healing
